Cordula Hentrich is the new host in the regional, country-style restaurant
Königstein im Taunus, 19 October 2015. The 25-year-old hotel management graduate Cordula Hentrich is the new host in the regional, country-style restaurant in the 5-star-superior hotel in Königstein im Taunus taking immediate charge of the 10-strong Landgut team. Prior to this appointment she worked as Deputy Restaurant Manager in Francais in Frankfurt am Main, the gourmet hotel restaurant in the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof.
It’s always a delight to reunite. That is at least the opinion of Oliver Heberlein, head chef of the Landgut Restaurant with its 14 Gault-Millau points, as Cordula Hentrich completed her 3-year hotel management apprenticeship at the Falkenstein Grand Kempinski. After this, the Frankfurt native spent almost five years in Munich’s luxurious Vier Jahreszeiten. In this Kempinski hotel, located on Germany’s most fashionable shopping mile, the Maximilianstraße, she proved herself in the exclusive, international arena and was able to deepen her knowledge with regards to service, products and wine. She also successfully completed the department manager course run by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
“We are delighted that yet another former colleague has returned to our team. It demonstrates on the one hand our success in maintaining relations with former team members and, on the other, that our hotel developments and vacant positions generate the necessary appeal,” stated Stefan Massa, General Manager of the Falkenstein Grand Kempinski.
